Amar Madhuban Tech Park Awarded IGBC Platinum | |

Amar Madhuban Tech Park, Baner, has achieved PLATINUM rating under the IGBC New Building certification. The project has proposed Solar Photovoltaic Roof top system of capacity 350 KW equal to 5,48,374 KWh. The overall energy savings considering the renewable energy is 43.18%. Effective water management is one of the project's key features. All water bodies and channels existing on site are retained in the project. Seven recharge pits have been provided to harvest runoff from both roof and non-roof surfaces. The treatment system installed treats all the waste water generated in the building, which is reused for flushing and landscaping requirements. | |
